Our I-Students
As a graduate at PIR, you are working as a full time consultant and you are also a part of Bloom - the graduate consultancy training program from the Newground Alliance companies. It's a unique, people-centric learning journey providing young consultants with everything they need to begin a successful career within consulting. As a Bloom member you will also get a very solid and broad training in modern consulting fundamentals, something that would typically not be possible in small to mid-size consulting companies.
You will learn alongside some of the best, most experienced consultants in the business, while getting the chance to make suggestions, contribute with your knowledge and lead your own career path.
