Procure It Right (PIR) is a boutique management consultancy specializing in procurement. With extensive expertise in Cost Optimization, Procurement Transformation and Sustainability, we help our clients do better business with their suppliers. Our customers turn to us to optimize costs, manage large complex sourcing projects, and transform their procurement strategies and processes. By developing strong supplier relationships and co-creating executable solutions with our clients, we create value that supports their strategic goals. PIR is a part of Newground Alliance, an alliance of niche consultancy experts united by a shared belief in a new way of management consulting. By joining us at PIR, you will also become a part of Newground's graduate program, Bloom.

Our I-Students

As a graduate at PIR, you are working as a full-time consultant, and you are also a part of Bloom - the graduate consultancy training program from the Newground Alliance companies. It's a unique, people-centric learning journey providing young consultants with everything they need to begin a successful career within consulting.

As a Bloom member you will also get a very solid and broad training in modern consulting fundamentals, something that would typically not be possible in small to mid-size consulting companies. You will learn alongside some of the best, most experienced consultants in the business, while getting the chance to take real responsibility, contribute your knowledge, and lead your own career path.
