At Lantmännen, we believe in making a difference. As a cooperative owned by 17,000 Swedish farmers, we bring together agriculture, energy, food, machinery, and real estate under one roof. From our owners growing the grain in the fields to producing everyday favorites like Kungsörnen pasta and AXA cereals, we take responsibility along the entire value chain – what we call from field to fork.

With operations in 20+ countries and 12,000 colleagues, we are part of everyday life for people across society. Our work matters – whether it’s producing sustainable biofuels, improving logistics, or developing food products that end up on millions of plates. Our I-Students

Industrial Engineering & Management students bring a great blend of knowledge and skills – something we truly value. Many of our I-students have found exciting roles with us: from data-driven business analysts and product owners for digital solutions to feed planning managers and sustainability strategists. Due to our broad business, you can shape your own long-term path across different sectors, business areas, and even countries – all within the same company.
