About Us
We’re a globally expanding management consulting firm, born out of a genuine wish to
create impact.
We come from a heritage of flat hierarchies and a low power distance, and we believe –
in fact, we know – that the odds of success radically improve when change makes sense
on a personal level for the people involved.
Our growing team in Sweden is made up of visionary, purpose-driven, and, frankly, nerdy
experts, eager to co-create meaningful and lasting impact with our clients. From our three
offices across Sweden, we’re proud to partner with some of the country’s most forward-
thinking organisations to actively define the future.
Our I-Students
Many of our colleagues come from the Industrial Engineering and Management program at Lund Faculty of Engineering, today working across a wide range of business areas.

We are looking for
Junior Consultants (3rd-year students) and Management Consultants (5th-year students) with a special focus on students who’re:
Curious enough to step into new and unexplored territory
Eager to become a master of their nerdery– because that’s how we challenge norms and find smarter solutions
Excited by the unknown and ready to take the wheel in shaping their own career at Implement
We Offer
An international work environment, where you work alongside expert teams and grow by learning from enthusiastic colleagues
A steep learning curve where you'll get responsibility fast and the opportunity to attend Implement training programs
The freedom to be yourself at work, while also enjoying fun cultural events and opportunities to connect with our diverse communities
Did you Know?
Our employees choose their own leaders. At Implement leadership is earned through trust
and collaboration (not hierarchy). We're a team of over 1,800 full-time employees, enjoying an average growth in both headcount and revenue of 20% annually. Each year, 15 days are devoted to internal cultural events designed to foster personal and professional development.
